Please beware that a £10 booking fee is required and is only refundable upon arrival.
Please notify me at least 24hrs in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of Charge £5 Clients who miss their appointment without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the schedule service. I recognise the time of my clients & myself is valuable & have implemented this policy for this reason. You miss an appointment with me, I do not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, many time I will be functioning in an "on call" status & may have travelled to your location specifically for your service. Therefore for these reasons, I am obligated to compensate for my time.
